By using the website or booking a cab with Mahakal Tour and Travels, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.
A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation call or message from us.
Provide accurate pickup location, drop location, date, and time to avoid delays.

2. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers must be ready at the pickup location at the scheduled time.
Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings during the trip.
Smoking, alcohol consumption, and any illegal activity inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
Any damage caused to the vehicle by the passenger will be charged accordingly.

3. Pricing & Payments

Fares are quoted at the time of booking and may vary based on route, vehicle type, and demand.
Toll charges, state taxes, and parking fees are payable by the passenger unless stated otherwise.
Payment can be made in cash or via UPI/online transfer as agreed at the time of booking.

4. Cancellations

Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.

5. Delays & Force Majeure

Mahakal Tour and Travels is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, road closures, or any other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fare paid for the specific trip. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
