Cancellation by Mahakal Tour and Travels

In the rare event that we cancel your booking due to unavailability or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund within 5–7 business days.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us via phone or email with your booking details.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Cash payments are refunded in cash at the time of cancellation confirmation.

Non-Refundable Situations

Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled pickup.
No-show by the passenger at the pickup location.
Trips cancelled mid-journey by the passenger.
